Do you have a shopfront I can visit?
Currently we are an online only retailer. This means more benefits for you as we do not have the overheads of a traditional big box store. We can put our resources and budget towards better customer service and overall better quality products. We operate from a workshop located on the Gold Coast. If you are local, you may contact and visit us by appointment only.

Do you ship / deliver?
We ship all of our PCs and accessories Australia wide. We do not ship internationally. We offer local pickup from our workshop on the Gold Coast by appointment only.

Do I get warranty with my product?
All of our products come with a warranty for your confidence. For more details visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Do you offer extended warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranty on some products. This will be an option to add at check out.

Do you offer discounts for trade in of my current pc?
We occasionally offer a discount for trade in of your PC but only to local customers who can visit our workshop on the Gold Coast. Contact us if you wish to know more.

Do you do custom PC builds?
Yes, we can build custom spec systems that are not listed on our website. almost anything to your specification. Please Contact Us directly for a quote.

How long until you ship my order and how long does shipping take?
This depends on the product you choose and your location. You can find all of the relevant shipping information including shipping times on our Shipping & Returns page.

My system is out of warranty and I am looking for support or servicing, can you help?
Yes of course! we offer repairs, upgrades and more on all systems purchased through us even if out of warranty. Contact Us for a quote.
Please note that you will need to ship your system back to us for repairs or servicing unless you are local to the Gold Coast and can drop it off at our workshop.
