I’ve been working with computers for nearly 20 years, with over a decade of professional experience in the IT industry — specializing in building, diagnosing, and repairing computer systems.

I started Vortex PC with a simple goal — to provide friendly, reliable, honest computer services without cutting corners. Too often, I saw systems being rushed, poorly built, falsely diagnosed or fixed temporarily instead of being properly repaired.

Every PC I work on is treated as if it were my own. Whether it’s a repair, upgrade, or a full custom build, I focus on doing the job properly so it lasts — not just a quick fix.
